Distributors, festivals and investors all ask it. Most filmmakers answer with a deck, and a deck alone proves nothing.
The people across the table want numbers, and all you can show them is conviction.
Its audience came and went, so every new project starts from zero.
By a festival, a platform or a distributor, while the years go by.
You start with a project nobody can evaluate. Six months later, it has an audience, revenue and a financing case, and you pitch it on stage.
Your film or your project on your own page, powered by TribuShare (opens in a new tab) and taking payments. Your buyers and your data stay yours.
A paid test that turns “I think people want this” into a scorecard: go, pivot or stop.
Deck, proforma, financing path and answers to objections, built for your budget.
You pitch to a panel of producers, distributors and financiers.
We don't promise financing. We help you walk into the room with proof.
We build your pre-release page, start your email list and run a paid demand test, so your traction becomes data.
We relaunch your catalogue on your own storefront. Your buyers become the audience that funds and proves your next film.
“Your last film is what funds and proves your next one.”
Not for you if you're counting on festivals alone or waiting to be discovered.
A $15,000 feature and a $2M picture with a SAG agreement are different jobs, with different money, legal work, audience and pitch. We set your track in your first two weeks.
| Proof | Pre-Sale | Co-Production | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Budget | $5K to $50K | $100K to $700K | $1M and up |
| By the end | Your film made, or your catalogue relaunched, and selling | A package with proven demand and a real pre-sale | A co-production and soft-money structure in place |
| At Demo Day | “Here's the film, the audience and the revenue. Fund the next one.” | “Here's the package, the proof and the ask.” | “Here's the structure, the partners and the gap.” |
You can move up. A small film is a working prototype of a bigger one: it proves your story finds an audience and gives you the track record financiers ask for.
Month 1
Your track and your audience thesis: genre, comparable titles, persona, platforms.
Month 2
Your page or storefront goes live and takes payments. Email capture starts.
Month 3
Real numbers from a paid test, and a go, pivot or stop decision.
Month 4
Deck, lookbook, proforma, chain of title and financing path.
Month 5
Your pitch, your answers to objections, and filmed rehearsals.
Month 6
You pitch in front of the panel.
Two live group workshops a month, private one-on-one strategy sessions, and replays of everything.
Producers, distributors, financiers and film funds. We only bring projects that are ready in front of them, which is why their time is worth yours.

Not every project goes to the panel, and that's the point.
Only projects that are ready pitch at Demo Day. Many members pivot during the six months: they test, learn and change their project. A strong pivot is a win, not a failure.
Twenty minutes with Ben or Ron to see which track fits your film.
French-English producer and creative director with more than 15 years across TV series, feature films, animation, immersive content, theatre and opera, and more than 20 products developed across film, TV and interactive media. In 2017 he founded Hyperseries, a platform combining streaming, gamification and community. Today he builds TribuShare (opens in a new tab), where filmmakers sell directly to their audience and keep their data.
“If you don't know your audience, you don't have a project. You have a personal story.”
More than 27 years in the industry. His feature Rise of the Fellowship (2013), which he produced and directed, was distributed on Netflix and Amazon. A former Marine and police officer with degrees in Business and Counseling, Ron brings creative depth, business fluency and a coach's instinct for what moves a project forward.

Join and do the first month. If it isn't what we described, tell us and we'll refund you.
Two minutes. Tell us about your project and where you want it to be in six months.
Twenty minutes with Ben or Ron. We tell you which track fits and whether the program is right for you. If it isn't, we'll say so.
The first cohort has 50 seats, and 45 are still open.
Every call is with Ben or Ron, not a sales team, so we can only take a limited number of calls for each cohort.
Yes. Half of the program is built for projects in development: a pre-release page, an email list and a demand test give you proof before you shoot.

45 of the 50 seats are still open. Applying takes two minutes.
